Luis G. Mota, Real Estate Agent and Broker

Licensed Coast to Coast with headquarters in Los Angeles, Chicago and Miami Beach

Luis Mota listens. He makes sure to understand the needs – and dreams – of each client and is dedicated to helping them find the home that will make them truly happy – their dream home.

Before deciding on a career in real estate, for a decade he developed his marketing skills working in business development, focusing on commercial real estate, international trade and supply chain logistics, publishing and consumer goods, marketing everything from multi-million and billion-dollar properties to magazines and fashion. He understands how to unite buyers and sellers for mutual success and long-term satisfaction.

A Los Angelino born and bred, Luis is licensed and at home coast-to-coast, primarily in Los Angeles, but also with residences in Chicago and Miami Beach. He loves everything about big cities, but is also tuned in to suburban living and wonderful escape locations – places that make dreams come true.

Luis earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Marketing, and this interest in history is reflected in his love of buildings with pedigrees and neighborhoods with stories to tell. This goes hand in hand with his love of architecture, interior design, the arts, culture and museums, horticulture, fine food and wine, fashion, and worldwide travel.

He also holds FEMA-sponsored crisis communications and business ethics certificates, and a GREEN designation for converting homes to environmentally-friendly and sustainable.

“I find real estate intriguing. For some, it’s a home. For others, it is an investment, an art piece, a luxurious getaway, or a storyteller. Sure, I’m a real estate agent and broker, but fulfilling these diverse real estate challenges is what I love. Whether marketing a property for sale, upgrading or downsizing to your next dream home, exploring investment opportunities, or consulting with you about development projects, I love it all. My goal is to provide each of my clients with individualized service for a long time, throughout their real estate journey.

In the community, he supports For the Child, a nonprofit providing psychological services to disadvantaged youths and, although a cat lover, supports a dog rescue based in La Paz, Mexico. In the industry, he is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, the North Shore Barrington Association (near Chicago), where he is chair of the Contracts and Forums Committee, and the Palos Verdes Association of Realtors near Los Angeles.

Luis is licensed in California, Florida, and Illinois through Strand Hill Christie’s International Real Estate, recognized throughout the world as the luxury standard of excellence.
